This training plan is for expecting mums in their first trimester 1 - 12 weeks who want to keep fit and active through their pregnancy. This is for women who have been regularly active prior to becoming pregnant. This plan is 6 weeks long and designed inline with pre natal exercise guidelines to ensure your safety. Choose comfortable light weight clothing to keep you cool and plenty of water at hand.
