If you want to get FIT, LEAN and STRONG then this is the plan for you! This is designed to be used with the in centre Small Group Training sessions. There's an instructor lead session once a week, followed by a session you complete independently. These will give you a great balance of cardio, core and resistance work to hit your goals!
As the speed increases in this 1500 metre (60 length) workout, make sure you concentrate on keeping your stroke length the same. The increase in lengths from 4 to 12 along with the speed will increase your aerobic capacity. This workout jumps up to 60 lengths from the 42 in Swim Fitness 8!
